This customer desperately needed a cleanup for an upcoming rental inspection. He was short on time, so I managed to fit the job in and get it done. Overall, the job came well, and it took me around 3.5 hours to complete.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 🦘🦘🦘.
Q: Do you worry about snakes?
A: I have never even seen a snake in over 4 years on the job.

A: We use mostly STIHL power equipment (battery and petrol) and commercial Honda self-propelled mowers.

A: Nick was offered a full-time position at his other job as a Political admin!
Q: What happened to Brent?
A: Brent quit at the start of August 2022.
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well, to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless!
Q: Why don't you have help?
A: I've had many problems with employees in the past, so I now work alone.
Q: Why don't you have a ride-on mower?
A: Well, there are a few reasons.
1. Currently, I don't do enough big jobs to justify spending 15k on a good ride on mower.
2. I don't have anywhere to store it.
3. A lot of the properties we do have fences and gates, so you can't actually get a ride -on in there.
4. I don't have the right trailer for a ride on, considering we always take the green waste away.
5. I will get one as soon as all of the above are solved.

I love your work that you do. So neat. I wish I would have seen your videos sooner. I am taking little steps in doing my yard. So for Christmas I asked for a rake. Then one of my relatives let me have his weed eater. I am a young 69 year old. I am starting with cleaning my gutters because I have the rake and squared off shovel. The best gardeners on the Internet, bar none is Mark !!! maybe a shout out, definitely to clean the city in Florida. Quick cuts are the only ones that clear all the rubbish away and take it away. How is Nick? He was a great match for George in the early days.

The before and after on this property is amazing. The alley clean ups show the level of exactness you have for all parts of the job, whether they show or not from the standard view. Really nice yard overall, and now it can be fully utilized. I see on video that your location puts on quite the sky show. Don’t know if it’s overcast or foggy, but it looks at times likes car are just driving up into the sky…pretty cool.

yep, this is some of my earlier content, there is only music on the initial walk through. There is no music on the actual cleanup!
I hate to bother you but it just nags me. Why did you not rake down and blow off the ledge where the bull thistles were growing from? Just seamed like something you would automatically do with the level of your exactness of your work. You have to be one of the most nit picking workers I have ever seen. Skipping that isn't really a bad thing but it just seemed like something you would do. I wait for your next video and would pay to watch them but you probably make twice as much in a week than my Social Insecurity pays me in a month. This is no joke. I have done what you do and have to admire someone as OCD as myself. lol Thank you for the videos and I hope to get back in good enough health to do my own work one day.
