Non è facile con poche parole descrivere ciò che accade quando subisci un trauma in età infantile e porti i segni, come il disagio da stress post traumatico per decenni e ancora ti ritrovi a dover risolvere e resistere alle tensioni, gli stati depressivi e di ansia. Non è facile trovare chi sappia trattare questo genere di cose.

It's not easy to describe in a few words what happens when you suffer a childhood trauma and carry the signs, such as post traumatic stress discomfort for decades and still find yourself having to resolve and resist tension, depression and anxiety. It's not easy to find someone who knows how to deal with this kind of thing.
