पर इसके लिए युवक, युवती और नवविवाहित लोगों को अभी यह दृढ़ता-पूर्वक सुनिश्चित कर लेना आवश्यक है..

कि युवा-युवती आज विवाह कर लेते हैं या कर लिया.. और अपनी भोग-विलासिता संसाधन सुख-सुविधाओं को प्राथमिकता देते हुए एवं संभावित बच्चों की जिम्मेदारियों खर्चों के भय के कारण बच्चे आज तो पैदा नहीं कर रहे,

पर आगे चलकर सोच-विचार कर योजनाबद्ध या असावधानी से चूक होने के कारण आपकी 35-40-50 वर्ष (आयु) बाद बच्चे पैदा कर दिये, तो आपका बुढ़ापा जिम्मेदारी के ढोअन में नरक बनता जायेगा !!
