Chipotle? Blame the people involved, not the company. The company didn't jump on the counter or throw punches and kicks.
The mother alleges that the company was aware of personnel issues at the restaurant but refused to do anything about it.
Sounds like what's been happening at the one I worked at for six months... which was long enough. They let SO much BS slide it's not funny, all under the guise that they care about employees (they don't).

Glad I left Hampton Roads years ago. It turns more and more into a coastal Richmond everyday.
I'm okay with it. For now lmao but I tell everyone not from here that it's the Florida of Virginia. Lots of crazy people. Relatively hot and humid summers (only 3% less humidity than most of Florida, on average during summer). People coming here to vacation, although we have no reason to be a vacation spot, unlike Florida.
Chesapeake is the second largest city in Virginia by land area, after Suffolk. And it has the second largest population in Virginia, after Virginia Beach. Norfolk has the largest naval complex in the world and has a decent university. Traffic is already bad, on any given road or highway. This area's only gonna build up more and get even crazier.
I plan to be out by then, probably in nearby NC so I can watch the shitshow from a distance.
Or Sarasota, Florida. That place feels like what Chesapeake and Virginia Beach should be. Has that home feeling.
But I do love Hampton Roads, having been born and raised here. I just don't wanna be around as the area builds up more.

In the last few years it seem this type of behavior (groups fighting in and fighting fast food worker,groups grabbing loads of clothes and running/shoplifting,murders,gang violence ect) are being committed by largely the African American community and at the same time I am witnessing via real life experience and the reports across so many outlets of the 10th and 11th graders reading and writing at 2nd grade level. How and why has this come to be where before I see the actual video I am almost certain just by reading the headline/title that a particular demographic is the culprit? Have I just been oblivious for decades or is this a recent thing? Does it have to do with the economy or the popularity of famous icons and rappers constantly in the news for bad behavior leading to court trials rampant is it due to all of the new drugs on the streets available,is it due to children "raising" children,no child left behind policies I just can't really understand or is the media particularly selective with which crimes and communities to show on air/online and in papers?
It's been ongoing for many decades. We're more aware of it now due to the proliferation of security cameras, smartphones, and postings of videos on the internet. Before that, the public was only informed by a few scattered newspaper reports citing education test scores, crime, and prison statistics by racial demographics. In the past, many would simply dismiss those stats, claiming that they are indicative of racial discrimination, profiling, and racist police and juries. But now, there's an overwhelming amount of indisputable video evidence to support the stats.
