The guy that eventually got the lionsault wasn't even at fault. Those are some of the worst ropes i ever seen. So skinny and flimsy. Way to lose. Its amazing he actually pulled it off.
I did a little indy work on the east coast in the early 2000s. When you botch it really throws you off and fucks with your confidence. Especially if someone got hurt or was really close to being seriously hurt. It can be hard to just jump right back into the match. It messes with your head because at the end of the day, you don't wanna hurt anyone or yourself. Being able to recover quickly and keep your head clear definitely comes with experience.
Gotta bring back the don’t flinch or look away challenge vids. Keep ‘em up brother!

They were chains not ropes. But, they should have tested out earlier to make sure they could do certain moves on it.
Some of these are botched that ended horrible and some are just amateurs not knowing how to work a proper reset when they fuck up
