We were to go to Clara place today on 14th April 2021 on her birthday, all planned.
8 times unlucky me
Clara suddenly died on 18th February 2021 (1). Funiral next day 19th February at Orlim Churchh.
Phoned our regular Taxi but to my bad luck (2) he could not come as he was booked for whole day.
Left early to take Panaji KTC shuttle bus but there was no bus for 30 minutes (3) not even local bus. When one come, boarded, it was held up in a traffic jam (4) at Bambolim slope for more than 1 hrs. Reached Margao just after 3.30pm, thought of taking motor bike to Orlim Churchh but it was raining (5) wet roads etc. Finally abandoned the plan and returned back from Margao as it was already 3.45 (Funeral was at 3pm)
Next, I thought I would do a nice video tribute for Clara on her birthday 14th April.
I attended ‘Meet the artiste Clara prog. by TAG in August 2011 and I had saved it on to my external storage device. I could not retrieve the data (6) as my PC was not reading the device.
Tried to recover data from various shops but no luck (7), even sought facebook help with a wall post in the matter.
Of late, someone told me that TAG keeps such programme CDs etc in its Library. Visited Monday 12th April (my first ever visit) but to my bad luck again (8), the library found locked as I am told the librarian did not come to work on the day nor he will come next 2 days due to public Holidays 13th & 14th April.
Finally, made this video with some tiatr footage I had of 2010, 2011 and 2013 (Tiatr Competition)
Also seen Nacia Afonso, Sanyo, Natasha, Pascoal Rod, Andrew Fernandes, Cynet etc
