I'd say both Normani and Camila are right, but Lauren had the right idea...so she's not completely wrong either. If she had said, "I like when my CLOTHING is big on me" then that'd work. Cause yes, clothing is a singular word describing the group of things, so it uses a singular auxiliary verb. And same would go if she said, "I like when my CLOTHES ARE big on me." That's using the plural form of the word, so you follow it up with a plural auxiliary verb. At least that's how I'm thinking about it. I May not makes sense, or explained myself well. But simple-it's clothing is or clothes are. That's what I get for having a teacher as a mother. Lauren's a smart cookie though, so I give her some credit.
