Lastly what happens when somebody receives a scare and stumbles out onto the roadway in the path of a passing vehicle, Ambulance and Hospital time.

I always like to look at the details. Noticed the difference between how the men react and how the women react.. If you want to see something that is unusual, look at the footwear of some of the people, some are dressed appropriately, and some are not, I guess fashion over utility is more important in inclement weather.
