Hrgovic struggles with anyone who doesn't stop in the first 6 rounds. He gets gassed out. The first 6 rounds... he's great. The last 6 rounds, he's almost always just hanging on. He's not a 12 round fighter, nor does he box savagely in the first few rounds, to possibly end it early. There are multiple people in the top 10 that can probably take out Hrgovic, as Dubois illustrated. If Hrgovic was conditioned better, ya, he could possibly be champion, but this seems to be a pattern in multiple fights.
