    Ingredients:
    Fine Besan - 2 Cup
    Salt to taste or - 1 tsp
    Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
    Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
    Oil -2 tbsp
    Water - As Required
    Method:
    Take Big Vessel and add above all the things, Mix Properly and add Water and Make a Soft Dough, Apply Little Oil and Knead Properly. Make a Two Part, in one Part add water and Make Soft and Beat with hand till color change and Light.
    Take a Sev Sancha and apply oil and Put Sev Jaali and put soft dough beaten.
    Make a Sev in Hot Oil and Fry both the Side in high flame. And serve.
