Fun fact, idk about other cultures, but in mine, when you want to give someone flowers(for example on a date) you must give them an odd number of flowers, because even number of flowers are brought only for the dead(like if you visit the grave of a loved one and you want to leave a bouquet on it). So the moment at 10:46 when he gives you two roses could be a nice foreboding detail, either way, it felt really unsettling.

Okay so- this is about the blood on his hand with the rose. There wasnt blood at first cause he was gently holding the rose. But when you started to walk away, he tighted his grip which caused the thorns to stab his fingers, which cause his hand to bleed. I think-

I remember playing this game for the first time and rejecting all of Peter's advances. Despite knowing how creepy he gets somehow he still made me feel bad and I played the game all over again just to accept him that time. Some mind f*ckery I tell you.

Idk if you knew it Mike, but in day 1 some people found out that there are a few *easter eggs* in the game, mostly in the part where you have to name your boyfriend. For example, I saw a video of a girl that tried to name the "boyfriend" Peter, and there is this scene with him getting mad. Some people also tried to call him "The Stranger" or "The Fuboo" which is the creator of the game. Maybe you could try these easter eggs in the next video when you will have the opportunity to complete day 2 (if the developer wants, of course..). I think that this would be great and funny! :D

Now, I expect people to say something about this. I am 15 years old and I’ve come across this game through my older cousin who’s 22. I watched her play it in the background one night. At first, just observing her gameplay, the game didn’t seem so bad, although it does have content of blood, and possibly more elements in the near future.

I think...he remembers all the interactions. The flower in the box is the same he gave to y/n who was dating him.
And he didn't seem to know the diner until the third storyline with the dots at the start, because y/n told him about the diner.
Also it seems different things happen like him changing his tone after y/n rejected him for being too clingy and the inside of the house with your roomate also changes from the roon to the counter so...
Maybe you either have memory loss and forgot all about him and you continue to forget each day (though the player sees it as a restart) or...he's your time traveling boyfriend who cracked at some point.
It's not a time traveling or memory loss thing. The differences are consistent in all the available routes you can play through.
In the playthrough with ManlyBadassHero, he already knows about the diner in the first run, so nope ^^

But, for me, it’s less of simping, and more of the fact I actually relate to YB on some levels. I hardly find him creepy, and see him as a very complex and deep character with unresolved, or even unaddressed problems with his mental health. He comes off to me as socially awkward, doesn’t know his identity, nor true worth, and somewhat broken.
As far as we know, he’s mostly alone with no emotional support or any kind of real solution to his problems, and as someone who struggles, even with a therapist/counselor, it’s like slowing drowning in a mud pit, and you don’t even realize you’re five feet under until your mental health has deteriorated irreversibly. You try to pull yourself out, but end up dragging anyone who tries to help you in with you, and it’s *so* difficult to get out of there. Of course, since he probably doesn’t have much of any emotional support or even friends, he becomes possessive and clingy to the first person he thinks that can “fix” him, which, unfortunately, is Y/N.
Side note: I actually kind of see him on the same level of fucked up as Bojack Horseman. They both have their demons that were brought up as either nature or nurture (or both), and their unhealthy coping mechanisms and toxic behavior branches out in two completely different ways. Bojack pushes away people and drowns himself in alcohol/drugs/sex, since it fills that empty void of trauma and guilt of doing shitty things. And YB clings onto certain people and never lets go, because he doesn’t want that happy feeling to go away when they leave. They are both damaged, and both of these characters’ actions have negatively and dangerously impacted the people they feel closest to (I.E. Sarah Lynn and Y/N) At least, that’s what I interpret from YB’s yandere/possessive/clingy actions.
I, of course, do not defend his actions or his possessive behavior, as it is toxic and nobody should risk their own mental health trying to help someone who can only be helped by a professional with good intentions.
(SPOILER I think: according to the (cited) Wikipedia page on YB, he has a psychiatrist, but she’s intentionally worsening his mental state, so yeah, he’s not really doing good for himself, and the very person that should be helping him is breaking him even more than he already is. I desperately hope that a possible ending for the game is that he gets better help and support from people, and functions better as a person, but I have a feeling that’s not how it’s gonna end :/)

He literally gives off so many red flags and gives off the vibe of "I will stalk you down until your all alone, kidnap you, then do unspeakable things to you." Ah, yes. It has been confirmed that the creator will make a sfw version of it! I took a look on their Twitter by the way.
The creator recently stated on her channel that the SFW version is also gonna be +18 only.

When the sfw version comes out, I hope there is a Friday Night Funkin mod of this guy. It would literally be Boyfriend vs Boyfriend. But we’ll have to wait for the sfw version to come out since we don’t want minors to be exposed to this game. Please don’t play it if you are under 18, otherwise you’ll stress out the creator.

"The Fuboo" (the creator's name)live-streamed a Let's Draw/QnA where she said he had long hair as a teenager, (In the game he's in he's 20-30) but didn't know whether it was a wig or his natural hair, or if he shaved it or he's just naturally bald. She just designed him to be bald and it stuck, just like how no one has a nose or ears.
(Also, apparently, Peter has four toes that look like a cat's paws.)
