I listened to MTBMB today and man, his word play is still top notch to me. I am really looking forward to his next album. Em now into his fifties....he can't shake this culture. Respect!

that albums schemes and punchlines are insane easily his best in terms of bars and lyricism its borderline headache rap because you are not catching his bars without thinking over and over again but in terms of musical enjoyably i can see how people put that on the lower end but not me 🙏🏽

my favorite album is recovery which I appreciate for its beats, features
and texts. relapse is my 2nd favorite album. also has great songs, the refill is a great addition. It's a pity that Relapse 2 wasn't made, even though Eminem said he was working on it. apparently there are a lot of unreleased songs from that era and only a few were on refill and a few were leaked. I hope that Eminem will release Relapse 2, e.g. on the 20th anniversary of Relapse. This year is the 15th anniversary of this wonderful album.

But not only that I think when he made relapse refill not only we got the 7 new songs at the time but I wish we also got the 2 songs “my darling” and “be carful what you wish for” from the deluxe album. And other songs like oh no, Apple, things get worse, psycho with 50 cent and peep show and more
I don't get caught up in ranking. For any artist, group. Each album is a window of time. Life impacts us differently each day, each year, each decade. I appreciate the gift of music. I am truly looking forward to Em's next album.

relapse is incredible. i think he got a bit lost with the accents, but i feel like he was just experimenting around cause it was he first album since what, encore? it turned out nicely though and it brought out the slim shady everybody missed which was awesome. 💯
The accents sure seem to be something people either LOVE or HATE lol, but I sure hope to see another experimental album like this in the future 😳 👀

Relapse 2 - I love Metro Boomin’s production because he makes nice dark melodies, perfect for a shady type single and they ain’t too complex which would leave a lot of room for Eminem to rap on. Personally I like Eminem on simple beats more than complex ones that’s just my take though. The recent Eminem we have been getting with the more calmer flows would fit very good on a Metro Boomin beat. Really been liking that. Would love it but I doubt it will happen. At this point I can say Eminem would literally fit into any style, he can rap on g-funk on progressive style, on drill style on whatever, so I don’t see why not especially since Metro Boomin is really talented maybe a track with Metro Boomin, Eminem and 21 Savage would be a banger. Modern day Eminem rapping on Savage Mode II beats. Not gonna lie a Eminem album produced by Metro Boomin would be dope as fuck. Obviously, I’d love Dr. Dre to produce the entire thing, but think about it. All the entries in the Re- series have mostly one producer you think about when they come to mind (Relapse had Dr. Dre, Recovery had Just Blaze, & Revival had Rick Rubin) So, it would be cool if Eminem stuck with this. Metro’s dark production would fit with the darker themes of Relapse, if it ever gets a sequel in the first place… Plus not to mention songs like “Framed”, “Discombobulated” and “Lace It” (with Juice WRLD, benny blanco) gave me Relapse vibes. Besides 21 Savage I would to see Ski Mask The Slump God, Denzel Curry, JID, The Weeknd, Nas, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent make an appearance on “Relapse 2”.

relapse is good its not perfect because songs like my mom medicineball taking my ball and insane are on that those arent necessarily bad tracks but they are major standouts as the weakest compared to the others its personally my 6th favorite album but its still objectively not one of his best works even tho i enjoy it alot i prefer 5 albums above it
