Great job with the footage
Thank you!
I'd love to see some public Via Ferrata in Arizona! Maybe out by Superior, AZ in Queen Creek Canyon, or up near the Mogollon Rim!
That would be awesome!
Needed this video! Thank you. Quick qns, do you need a minimum of two stay to do this hike?
You're welcome! I don't think there is a minimum number to do the hike.
Adding to bucket list. Can I ask do you have to book this with a resort? I think I read that it’s guided only (which I am not complaining!).
Yes you have to be a guest at Amangiri resort in order to book this (really nice resort, but pricey)
Was this via ferrata only open to guests of the resort? Or is the via ferrata accessible to the public?
It is only open to the guests of the resort
How much did this cost through amangiri? Was it worth it?
$700 my wife and I felt it was worth it
How fit do you need to be? Can anyone do this
"hill fit" - for me, having strength was more important than cardio for this one --- cardio was not as important except it was a bit of a long hike just to get to this via ferrata (the hike to get there was worse for me than the climb because I am not very cardio fit). Ideally, you should not be afraid of heights and you should be sure footed.
What is free to do this / did you have to hire a guide?
We had to stay at the resort and book a guide to take us. This particular hike is only available through the Amangiri resort
