Better to choose mbbs since my son has also secured 800 obc-ncl in IAT and 630 in neet. Most of the teachers suggest us to select mbbs since IIser doesn't have placements

He will get seat in all IISER. If his preference is in research, try to go for IIT Madras / IISC bangalore or IISER Pune. If his preference is in Medicine, with his NEET score, he can get Govt. College seat in CBE / Madurai.

Sir, Remember One thing.If you have to pursue a career in research,then iiser is one of the best institute.But iiser didn't offer any placement.They are creating future scientists.So think and do.Dont spoil your son's career.
