Have a 390t 2wd and been needing a road tractor for a good while, on the lookout of an 18 speed 399 to restore and use. For my application I will turbocharge it. They are great tractors, very reliable and when something does go wrong it’s dead easy to fix

Yes very simple tractors i also have a 390t 4wd with a massey ferguson 820 front loader
That is a lovely piece of land and not a bad job ploughing but why are you only ploughing one way? Wish my ground was as good.
I dont have a revsable plow and its a bit steep to pull up hill
Not much plough for a 399.

@@masseyman265 It will. I ran a 398 with loader for many years as second tractor. Could just pull a 4f Dowdeswell DP7, if needed. Great allrounder.
