He basically agreed to play the equivalent of a coffee shop set. I'm guessing he's got halfway decent monitors and no real sound system to back him up. On top of that, they made the mistake of not facing him at the crowd. In terms of marketing, it's a terrible mistake. It tells me that their student body couldn't give a shit about music.
