Inland Rail Gowrie to Kagaru PPP project

- A Public Private Partnership (PPP) model will be used to deliver the Gowrie to Kagaru section of Inland Rail in Queensland, which comprises approximately 130km of new dual gauge track traversing Toowoomba, the Lockyer Valley, Ipswich and the Scenic Rim.
In late 2018, ARTC undertook a Registrations of Interest (ROI) process to identify organisations that are interested in delivering, and have the requisite experience and capability to deliver, the PPP Project. A market sounding was undertaken as part of the ROI to understand key commercial and technical issues associated with the delivery of the PPP Project. ARTC is now seeking Expressions of Interest from the market to deliver the Gowrie to Kagaru PPP.
