I find it very fascinating when people have different psychologies when it comes to journaling. Some people list both the good and bad like you did, but then there's some who keep those energies in separate journals.
Which is personally what I do. I personally feel like if I put a bad thing directly under a good note, it taints and distorts the good memory I'm trying to preserve.
So I acknowledge all the shitty and dark stuff in a completely separate journal away from the good

@AliciaAtoutOfficial That's one of the hardest things about healing, a roadblock nobody really talks about. Everybody expects this quick fix or some overnight miracles, but those miracles are only temporary aids for a bigger problem
The real healing isn't complete until a whole lifetime down the road
