Jeez him reading their habits and stances to be able to predict plays is what separates good cornerback from the elite HOFs. That kind of stuff is next level, attention to detail is my favorite thing about any type of sport/work. My favorite defensive player in this generation of players besides Aaron Donald.

Thought he was just a supremely talented loudmouth - well he still is - prior watching this. Respect for him went 🚀 afterwards. Mans stays in the lab honing his craft. Love the little traps he sets and the grudging respect for top tier WRs. Football IQ is through the roof.

Jalen makes a point here. A lot of guys like to call themselves the best wrs but rely on schemes to get them not matched up against cb1s. Unlike Jalen and other great corners who don’t get to choose the weaker opponent and they go and line up against the best. That’s why I hate when wrs like to talk about being the best but gotta find ways to get off the best defenders to get any action.
I think it’s smart to scheme. Gotta make it easy to score.
But a lot of players are what makes schemes work, without that specific player the scheme could possibly be busted

I've saw Jalen get his cooked maybe in one good matchup and that was by DeVante Adams last year or two years ago. And that's nothing to be ashamed of.
@@Antbeast23 100%. you gotta scheme to win games. but my point isn't how to win games, my point is that ppl like to call themselves the best but have to find ways to get off the better defender. whereas the defender has no choice. if he's gonna be the best its because he can beat the best. not because he's part of the better scheme. but then again, defenses scheme ways to get the better players onto the better offensive players too.
His attention to detail is crazy....God Given Abilities Mixed With Strong Work Ethic Equals Greatness! I wish they would of talked about the struggles and challenges he had to overcome to be where he is today...Great Video!

@RavensFanStars he does way more than that. He’s the most versatile defender in the backfield in the league due to what the rams have him do. He’s all over the place. He’s a freak of nature too and it shows all the time. He iced two games for us this year so far with two late game or game ending picks lol

Was a lil upset about getting Ramsey because I made the wrong assumption. I assumed he was only gonna be a diva and I just never enjoyed that type of personality on the field. But it’s safe to say that he is just a cool dude all around.

@Eli Benda jaire is really good but he's not better than ramsey. I don't hear about Jaire as much bc they don't thow his way but you hear about ramsey because he always goes to the number 1 side. And if not hes in the slot. Jalen Ramsey is the most physical corner in the NFL now. Not just in coverage but tackling and run disruptions. He the most complete corner. Watch his highlights. He's an athletic freak and at the same time he knows when to tone it down and play a true lockdown corner.
