      Thank you Colin. Normal line is quite hard to see on camera, so I wanted something that really stood out ☺️. Have you checked out my newest video? Just uploaded one last night 😁

    Great video Ian. I think a video on tying a whole hooklength would be helpful with info on tying for bait bands, bayonet, spikes etc. Also info on hook and line choice etc

    Well done - good pace and really easy to follow and tips on how to get the best from a loop tyer - still think 2" hard to do with a standard tyer though

      Thank you. Yeah it is tricky, but after a bit of practice I find it alot easier for keeping them all the perfect length, over trying to tie them freehand ☺️

    Ian, thank you so much for a brilliant video. Your camera work is way above the average in the clarity of picture. You patience and dexterity are brilliant, ever thought of taking playing up the piano? Seriously though a very well put together video, I understood all that was said, it's now a case of getting my fingers to do what my brain is telling it what to do. How long did it take you to get that accomplished? I'm 70 and my eyes and fingers are slowly packing up! lol Thanks again Ian.

    If you wet it and use your teeth we won’t think any the less of you. Truth is we do the same thing. Often wish I had three arms and two sets of teeth to do some knots and rigs😂Great video👍

    If a fish came along and noticed the hook length was 1/4” to long would the fish leave it?

    • @iangrabham692
      @iangrabham692  Před měsícem

      @Ifithomescom this video is for making sure hooklengths are the correct length for pegs in rig boxes so that when you tie up say 20 rigs you can store them in the rig box. Due to the rigs needing to sit on the pegs each end of the box then being even 2mm longer or shorter will mean that they wont fit.
      But yeah, if you are just tying up one hooklength to go straight on to a rig then no, 1/4" won't make any difference 👍.

    That's an awkward way of using a loop tyer.
