I'm wondering if that IJN-3-sub flotilla is a bug as it reappears almost daily... still again, it DOES set up 3x subs to bomb & possibly sink each time you restart an episode :D
It is a bug. Modder is working on fixing it. Subs appear other places as well but somehow all those subs just appear there. Once I hit 200 I am sending a destroyer group over there to wreck them. lol
