This project was built with lMF loan but under CPEC with high interest loan from China. Chinese loans are very costly compared to IMF where the interest payement and terms are very less compared to Chinese loans. Pakistan has completely sold itself to Chins and is in a debt trap to repay loan to China pakistan is taking loans from IMF.
