MeCoSa MINT Career ist ein Mentoring- und Coachingprogramm in Sachsen-Anhalt für Studentinnen, Absolventinnen, Doktorandinnen und Post-Docs im Bereich der MINT-Fächer.
Das Projekt startete im Januar 2024 und besteht aus folgenden Komponenten: Workshops, Coaching, Mentoring und Networking. Frauen aus den MINT-Fächern haben die Möglichkeit, an den Angeboten von MeCoSa MINT Career kostenlos teilzunehmen.
Die Ziele des Projekts MeCoSa-MINT-Career sind:
• den Teilnehmerinnen den Weg zu attraktiven MINT-Unternehmen in Sachsen-Anhalt transparent zu machen
• die Teilnehmerinnen an Wirtschaftspartner und ggf. wissenschaftliche Einrichtungen im Land Sachsen-Anhalt heranzuführen und weibliche Vorbilder mit Fokus auf die Wirtschaft in Sachsen-Anhalt zu vermitteln
• internationale Studentinnen und Absolventinnen in ihrer besonderen Lebenssituation einzubeziehen und sie an den Angeboten teilhaben zu lassen
• Frauen durch Mentoring und zielgruppenspezifische Angebote gezielt und strategisch auf ihrem Qualifizierungs- und Karriereweg in der regionalen Wirtschaft zu unterstützen.

*MeCoSa MINT Career is a mentoring and coaching program in Saxony-Anhalt for female students, graduates, doctoral candidates and post-docs in the STEM subjects.

• to support women in a targeted and strategic way on their qualification and career path in the regional economy through mentoring and target group-specific offers.
