He has the proper actual dance practice video of Sacrifice!! You'll see a clearer choreo performance of the song where he'll be interacting with the other dancers and stuff. You'll like it better!!
In victon he’s the lead rapper, lead vocal and lead dancer so we knew he’d be great at everything. They really allowed enough room for him to perform and take a breather because it is just him on stage so I think the choreo is really clever. The choreo for reply is really fun as well. They really made sure he could perform and have fun and not necessarily just do the hardest choreo or sing the most complicated song.

I have not watched this yet but I think you should know if the choreo is possibly to easy for you then you should know Seungwoo for years has been suffering from an ongoing knee injury that puts fluid in his knee. He touched briefly on it in Produce but I thought you should know that ❤️
It's sad cuz no one talks about his dancing! He is amazing dancer and performer; he did few covers of Jimin's (BTS) dances, he did Lie I think, so amazing and beautiful; he is really tall so it looks even more amazing
And he is rapper in Victon, he debuted as rapper, but now he just embody every talent he got; from rapper, vocalist and dancer, producer too cuz he produced his album and wrote lyrics; he really deserves all the love and support not only from Alices or Oneits but from all people; it was hard for him, if you guys watched Produce or even later some of his vlives and letters as X1..it was hard, mentally and physically.. please love him 🙏🌸

HE’S ENLISTING ! Seungwoo had a comeback on June 28 and the album is called Fade. The title track is See you again. I know ballads are not much your thing but this one is special. He said he wrote it like he’s talking to his fans as a farewell. Emotional and raw; you feel his pain
Before I even watch I just have to say I'm so happy you're reacting to this, I never expected such an absolutely standout album from Seungwoo and it's almost up there for me with Woodz as the most interesting post-X1 releases so far. "forest" from the album is absolute gold.

actually he kinda raps in the second verse because his original position in victon was rapper (but alices knew that he could sing beautifully too, even hanse said that if seungwoo didn't debut in victon maybe he'd be a vocalist, which he did in x1), but maybe now he kinda splits it so now he does both singing and rapping

The choreo is not very hard. I think someone already mentioned this, but he has a recurring knee injury. He actually had to have surgery on it right before Produce. He did a vlive from the hospital!! There are plenty of videos of him limping after performances with X1 and they mentioned how swollen his knee was after practicing during for a performance during Produce.
