I liked the analogy of Hawaii and how that people who come from a cooler climate and go there are thrilled to be there, but the person who lives there, to them it is normal, so they maybe don't appreciate what they have as opposed to someone who visits there from a colder climate. Some people believe Christianity is the only way, while if you are born in Pakistan you may say the Quran. Asians may say Buddha. Why is this? Diversity! God meant us to ALL be different and He surely didn't ALLOW things to go down the way they did to pick just the Christians. God knows the END to the beginning, and if it is as Christians say, then that means that GOD KNEW He would be torturing ALL OTHER cultures for eternity. I think we do not come here to learn how to love. I think we come here to learn to respect God, which in fact is similar to learning to love. I believe in Scriptures which describe we were actually thrown out of the Heavens because we listened to the Snake. So we are now here in a "middle place" between good and evil to prove who we belong to. If we deposit our Faith in God he will gladly take us back again. If we listen to the Snake, God will cut us off from him and throw us away, because we will be useless to him. God needs good warriors to build his Kingdom. So all the NDEs are just warnings we need to remember to put God first.
Believe me I want the afterlife to be the truth. I recently lost a loved one and am now obsessed with NDEs but something does not add up. I thought god/light/source is all knowing! And we get to know all that there is when we cross over or when we are there (where we started in first place). Why do we need to experience things over and over again? Also since we are all connected, why can we not share the experience so we don't have to come here? during life review, you get to experience from other people's perspective so I am sure it is possible to share the experience without having to come to earth for the experience. Unless it is all a lie and we are limited over there and we/god is not all knowing. Or maybe it is just a hallucination? Also a lot of people talk about the "plan" we drafted before coming here. Also a lot of talk in NDEs against suicide. Why can one not commit suicide? Maybe it is planned. I am sure if it is not planned, you can not die (since your mission is not finished yet) hence lots of unsuccessful suicides (with or without NDE). If one does commit suicide and passes, then they have just checked off that step on their plan as expected. there should not be any punishment to follow YOUR soul's plans. I understand that we don't have all the info but I hope somebody has a good answer for me. Thanks.
As you said, NDEs do not offer all of the answers. They offer only a glimpse, like a visit to the waiting room for the next life. As far as hallucination, there are NDEs where patients become totally brain dead within a very short period of time, and/or report afterwards having been observing things going on that the doctors were doing while they were dead. As far as answers, I personally feel there is tremendous harmony between ancient scriptural texts and NDEs, except that language, culture, tradition, literalness and translation are often a barrier. What you are refering to I call the 3rd variable problem. For now NDEs may seem to many to condradict to some degree, but with more additional knowledge, or a third variable, everything becomes clear. Many times the answer depends, such as with suicide, where in many cases they find hell, but in some cases they do not. Also the "waiting room" is not a predictor of an entire enternal outcome, but simply a first stop. Where a person goes after that is unknown. There appears to be a relationship between our spiritual state and the location of our afterlife, but this is not a perfect correlation, as many who lived selfish lives go to heaven, but have a troubling life review. One NDE I encountered shared about a woman who went to paradise, but was told if she chose to stay, she would go to outer darkness. She had lived a selfish life. This illustrates how little we know from NDEs about eternal outcomes. Personally, I am LDS/Mormon (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) which teaches about a pre-mortal life, so when I found this in NDEs I was very excited. I find many answers to the long-term outcomes and reasons for these things in my faith. These are conclusions I have gained through a personal relationship with God, first and foremost.

@@Donna-vh5ym I used the term hell because of it's common usage. The common understanding of hell is not even accurate. God doesn't torture people. Hell is simply a place where evil gathers, because all people have choice. NDE testimonies show that there definately are spirits who do evil and that those who die in a state of intense resentment or selfishness find themselves in their company. It's more a result of us attracting like frequencies of energy from our own spirits. So, of course God doesn't want us to go to hell, but also, heaven would not be heaven if it were filled with evil people. So, those who do evil are not allowed to enter until they have figured out how to love. I personally believe as well, that angels come to hell to draw people out, and when they are ready, they come out.
@nbeizaie. I've never had a NDE so uncertain I have t-h-e answers to your questions. But I'm going to try -- humbly so. SUICIDES: there doesn't seem to be any condemnation when you get to the otherside. Maybe you or me have done so to ourselves in a previous life? Maybe you come back not because you have committed suicide but because you have to move to another phase in spiritual development, subconsciously the wiser for the futility of your lonely, desperate action? And why do we have to in fact have to go through all these terrible experiences to develop real empathy -- I've probably just given the answer? I all questioned in my own mind Jesus's coming to Earth and reason for Him suffering all that He did. NDE'S answered that for me.

I find many answers to the long-term outcomes and reasons for these things in my faith. These are conclusions I have gained through a personal relationship with God, first and foremost.

I personally don't believe in a HELL. I don't believe a loving creator could or would torture someone for eternity. I truly believe that all is man made as a scare tactic. They took 3 words...Sheol, Gehenna, and Hades and changed it to Hell along with a lot of other things that are in the Bible. Some things were even removed.
@@Donna-vh5ym I used the term hell because of it's common usage. The common understanding of hell is not even accurate. God doesn't torture people. Hell is simply a place where evil gathers, because all people have choice. NDE testimonies show that there definately are spirits who do evil and that those who die in a state of intense resentment or selfishness find themselves in their company. It's more a result of us attracting like frequencies of energy from our own spirits. So, of course God doesn't want us to go to hell, but also, heaven would not be heaven if it were filled with evil people. So, those who do evil are not allowed to enter until they have figured out how to love. I personally believe as well, that angels come to hell to draw people out, and when they are ready, they come out.

@nbeizaie. I've never had a NDE so uncertain I have t-h-e answers to your questions. But I'm going to try -- humbly so. SUICIDES: there doesn't seem to be any condemnation when you get to the otherside. Maybe you or me have done so to ourselves in a previous life? Maybe you come back not because you have committed suicide but because you have to move to another phase in spiritual development, subconsciously the wiser for the futility of your lonely, desperate action? And why do we have to in fact have to go through all these terrible experiences to develop real empathy -- I've probably just given the answer? I all questioned in my own mind Jesus's coming to Earth and reason for Him suffering all that He did. NDE'S answered that for me.
