That way, WES can just send the result to my Canadian address and i won't have to send it via international courier (if ever i had it sent to my Philippine address)?

Thanks for the video. Since I can get the report via email or on the site, why pay additional $11 for standard delivery? Also will the evaluation report be sent to my email from Wes or I can download it from my dashboard when I login to dashboard on the WES
Yes you can download the Wes result on their website. However I don’t think you have an option not to receive the paper evaluation.
When we receive the evaluated (hardcopy sent via mail) report from WES, what is written on the bottom of the report ?
Could you please explain that or any simple explanation that I can refer to understand it.
Hi Luz, I am in the same situation as your husband. I moved to a different school in my 2nd year so I have other subjects credited from my 1st school. Did he send the TOR from both schools separately or in the same envelope? I can't find answers elsewhere, it would be such a great help. Thanks! :)))

Hi ma'am I have the same situation with oj I have 2 different schools. My question is should I send them at the same time? Which mailing address should I put yung from po.? Sabi kasi ng taga registrar ng isang school na yung from dapat daw yng adres ng school nila pero may nabasa ako na kung saan daw gusto mo ma rcv yung result yun daw yng ilagay na adress na from. Hello. I’m not sure if you need WES. WES is for evaluation of completed studies though.

Hi. You can check your WES account. It might be there ready for download.

Then I completed my second Masters from a different university.
So, for WES evaluation, I got my documents from 2 universities. My question is if it is okay if I send my sealed documents from both universities in a single envelope?
Hi. What is the highest among the two? I think you only have to provide the highest education credential.

Hi there just want to clarify. You mentioned your husband transferred from one university to another. Did he put / fill out "incomplete" on the first school he attended to? What did he put on the "Name of Diploma / Certificate" .. lastly your demo on filling out forms.. first one you chose "secondary school" and the last one you filled out "higher education" which one should I choose, sorry I am too confuse. I have same situation like your husband, do I choose for both university type of education "secondary or higher education?"
Hello, for college graduate, it should be higher education, I selected the wrong one the first time that's why I left a note to choose higher education. 😅 When we applied, we put the last school where my husband finished his degree. However, WES found out that he transferred so they asked for a request from the first school. I suggest to put the last school where you graduated then wait for WES to request from the other school. Hope this helps.
Thank you! That was quick! When you filled up you husband's application what did you put under " from which year to what year attended" is it why they asked for the TOR of the other school?
Also I hope you dont mind me asking your Bachelors degree. Mine is Nursing. So When I filled out "higher education" from their website, under certificate there is auto type category "Bachelor of Science in Nursing(supplemental)" the word supplemental is there. When I ignore and let it be that way. The required documents they're asking is Acad trasncript only. But when I manually type in my bachelor without the word "supplemental" it's asking for a doctorate confirmation.
If just in case youre BSN as well, And you encounter this on your application hope you can enlighten me. Thanks!!!

@@tonmendoza7301 hello. That’s what happened to hubby. He already submitted his old TOR to the school where he graduated but WES still requested for TOR from the previous school. I guess that will happen in this case too.

Hello. I don’t think it’s applicable to the Philippines because they need the official transcript directly coming from the school. Maybe this is to ensure that applicants won’t submit falsified documents. 🙂

Hello. Canadian address napo nakareflect sa amin. Not sure po if it will affect your application. Basta kung ano address nyo kay WES, dun nla sesend ung hard copy na certificate. 🙂

Recently my institution sent my transcripts to WES for Certificate Evaluation. I have paid all the necessary fees to the WES but my School sent the transcripts with my Academic Record from which is in PDF form.
Questions;
(1) Will this cause WES to reject my application for evaluation?
(2) Should I need to download the Academic Record form which is in PDF to fill by myself and portion to be filled by the School?
(3) After filling the Academic Record Form Should I send it in an Envelope through my School to WES??

Hi. Sorry for the late reply. I'm not sure with the PDF form transcript that you mentioned. Usually, it is hard copy of paper transcript.
Yes, you can download the Academic record form and fill it by yourself then send it to your school.
Your school should seal the envelope with your transcript and academic form inside. Then they have to sign the flap of the envelope. It should be coming from them and not from the applicant.

Hi. You have to submit the transcript from your school. It should be a certified true copy with a seal from the university.

Hello. Yes, you have to pay first because WES won't issue the request form without payment. The form is the document you have to present to your school for TOR request.

Hello. Pwede nyo po itry is apply muna kayo and gamitin nyo ung kung san kayo gumraduate. IF magrequest c WES for another TOR from previous school, saka nalang po kayo magrequest uli.

I don’t think there’s wrong. It’s usual to wait for weeks to receive WES evaluation.

Hello. Separate TOR po ung mangyayari. Kay hubby po ganyan dn pero nauna sya nagrequest kung san sya grumaduate then humingi si WES ng TOR sa unang school so nagrequest ulit sya. Bale 2 separate transcripts from 2 different schools po.
Though not sure if may nakagawa na nung 2 transcripts in just one envelope.

Hi. Yes, the form should be included in the envelope with your transcript. Sealed and the flap must be signed by authorized signatory of your school before you send it to WES.

Hi. Need po talaga na si school ung maglalagay sa envelope kasi need nila isign yung flap nung envelope before iseal. And yes, required cla magrelease ulit ng TOR mo kasi may request sila from WES.

Hello. Dun lang po kayo kmuha sa pnakamataas na educational attainment nyo. In this case, kung san po kayo nag masters degree lang.
