Sorry, but the load times mean nothing. Digital/pirated copies on the memory stick are always loading up faster than the original umd ones. The speed should be about the same.
I have the PSP fat and it's still perfectly working even if it was produced on 2005 (date code 5D). I ordered a bricked and slightly broken PSP 2000 for 8 bucks and I hope that I will able to save this one !
is the battery life still decent enough? I want to pick one up on an online store in my country but I couldn't find a battery replacement for it at all so I'll have to rely on its original battery
@@VisionaryTech noooo I threw the original battery 3 or 4 years ago because it was inflating a lot. I forgot to keep the old BMS so I bought a dead OEM battery and slapped an useless lipo cell on it. Working perfectly for months now.
Is there any difference in graphics? A while ago played on psp 1000 and there is no fxaa at all and a low fps has been faced. Just wondering if psp street or psp 2000, 3000 are different, f.e. due to the fact those got more RAM then psp 1000 🤔
i also have both systems, i still preffer the psp 1000 over the e1000 over how you can open the umd drive and the speakersare kinda better. But the psp e1000 is better with repairibility and the screen and loading times.
The speakers are the same. The difference is that the E1000, unlike all the other models, only has one. So it only offers mono audio whereas the other models offer stereo sound (which is obviously better). But you can work around that by using headphones. Other than audio, the E1000 is the better of the two. In fact I'd argue it is the best model overall but that depends on what your priorities are.

And hey let's throw another one in there since I only just recalled it. The E1000 also has a higher battery capacity than the 1000 and its battery doesn't tend to go bad (inflate) through the years. You can make a case for the 2000 or the 3000 being better but there's no debate regarding the 1000. It is the inferior model by far compared to any of the other ones.

@Paul Bell interesting point. I've been struggling to decide between the 1000 and the 3000. As for the 3000 I'm worried about the possibility of the scan lines issue. With the 1000 it's the long loading times. I already have the E1000 and the PSP Go in my collection I'm just trying to decide between the 1000 and the 3000 please help me decide.

If you have the iso version on an SD card make sure that your iso is not a compressed one ( usually it's a .CSO file when it's compressed ). And check your memory stick or SD card speed.

My psp street model lags when playing gta vcs is it because of cfw? Or should I format and reinstall the latest cfw on it??pls help
What are these lags? I ask because I had a similar case and then the road and water were not visible and the gta cut and after 3 seconds it unlocked?
