    My late dad also suffered diabetes and he control himself most of the times. My family started to switch eating white rice to brown rice or multi grain rice and somehow that helps to keep the sugar level in control.

    Jade I'm the only girl middle child like you as well! I'm 25, my elder bro is 26 and my younger bro is 20.
    Maybe its because we are daughters, but we tend to worry more over our parents 🙃

    This is precious. My dad doesn't listen ):
    We tried to eat healthy before but didn't sustain. Generally, I'm the healthier one in my family.
