I own all 14 fragrances by Beyoncé, including Cé Noir. And all in full size 😂 Will now test them step by step. Always to special events/moments. That's how I always do it so that I have a memory of the moment. I think it strongly influences whether you like a fragrance or not haha
I don’t think it will be available outside US, and even if it were, I don’t think I’d order.. Too exepnsive for a celebrity perfume, I’m certain she would’ve been able to push the price down, but chose to go expensive because she knows it will be sold out anyway
@@heartnotes it would been nice if she put a disclaimer like the $60 dollar portion will go to her foundation in Houston. I would feel good about that purchase. I feel like she slid getting greedy AF and that is a huge turn off for me and I’m sure for a lot of people. That’s like sacrificing a weeks worth of groceries to some folks!
