Dieses Video ist der wundervollen Bewegungskünstlerin Isadora Duncan (1877-1927) gewidmet.
In „Tanisha’s Meditative Movements“ treffen sich Meditation, Musik und Ausdruckstanz.
Die Movements entstehen spontan, und ich bin oft selbst überrascht, welche Bilder in mir auftauchen und sich dann in Mimik und Körpersprache hinein fließen lassen wollen.
Letztendlich kann ich sagen, dass nicht ich die bin, die da etwas plant oder vorhat. Ich bin nur die, die sich innerhalb dieser Prozesse zur Verfügung stellt. Und so bin ich immer wieder selbst neu überrascht über all das, was sich mir zeigt.

This video is dedicated to the wonderful movement artist Isadora Duncan (1877-1927).
In “Tanisha's Meditative Movements”, meditation, music and expressive dance come together.
The movements arise spontaneously, and I’m often surprised myself at the images that emerge in me and then want to flow into my facial expressions and body language.
Ultimately, I can say that I’m not the one who plans or intends something. I’m only the one who makes myself available within these processes. And so I’m constantly surprised by everything that shows itself to me.
