It was constructive criticism which is not what the clickbaiters and usual MSM so called expert pundits are acknowledging. Someone like Gabby is renowned for his slow up take and of course his hate on United. Remember he’s the guy who in his dreams tore Vidic a new one even though he won only once in around 20 attempts. Being technically good and being able to do the basics is a prerequisite of any professional footballer, but what separates the men from the boys is the mentality, leadership and grit when the going gets tough.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. Kane scoring 30 goals for Tottenham last season was more impressive than haaland scoring 36 for Man City. Would haaland be able to score 30 league goals with skipp and hojberg in midfield? Haaland played for the best team in the world, Kane played in that small irrelevant club called Tottenham Hotspur.
100% mate, I Kane had went to Man City that season when he was linked (I think maybe 2021?) he would have smashed it there... he is much better finisher and a higher quality player than Haaland, I think he would have got 40+ goals per season if he signed for City and stayed fit (I mean 40+ just in the league)

After hearing them saying "constructive" about 20 times, I really don't think they know what the word means. Nothing they say will be constructive towards Haaland's play. He probably won't even know they talked about him. Objective critiquing is different where they critique someone based on facts and evidence. I wonder if pundits like Agbonlahor even watch the games the discuss most of the time. He said that Antony hadn't scored a goal in the PL yet, but is doing stupid tricks in games(assuming he's talking about the spin in the CL game). Antony scored in every one of his first three games in the PL. Just sounds subjective, uneducated and unprepared..

People like to complicate things. Football is a simple sport. A strikers job is to score goals. Haaland does his job and does it well. The stats prove that fact.
A strikers job is to score goals that's pretty much it . Football ( soccer ) isn't like basketball or American football which are based on stats . However in football they are two positions where can accurately measure how good a player is , these are being a goalkeeper and Striker.if you wanna know how good a good a goalkeeper is look at his stats and this matters more for strikers .
Klose overall was a bang average striker when you consider his club record as well . Haaland is a good striker . Also people forget they are different types of strikers . Haaland is probably closer to Robert Lewandowski and maybe Harry Kane . When he peaks he won't be the Brazilian Ronaldo nor Henry in terms of playing style . Neither will be like Suarez or Benzema .
Haaland is still very very young and his football is still evolving, without injuries he will be similar to Kane and Lewandowski.
