In this video, I’m finalizing the rebuild of my wrecked Honda CBR600 F4i.
I’m going to install the fairings, the headlight, and the windscreen, and assemble everything together.
Also, I’m going to tell you my opinion on the aftermarket fairings that I used for this project.
I’ve bought all plastic parts and the headlight in Hong Kong on Auctmarts.com (not sponsored).
I’ve bought all tools and materials that I’m using in this video with my own money, and they are not sponsored (unfortunately).

Hey bud! I bought a damaged F4i (2002) that belonged to my father but the sellers claims he fixed the bike (painted the plastics, lmao)... Theres somethinf bugging me... If I turn the handlebar all the way to the left/right it bumps into the windshield... Does this mean the front fork is damaged? Think this is repairable?

Do you know if this generation of CBR can handle the rear cowl of the CBR F4 Sport?
I got a 04 with busted everything plastic on front where did you get the fairing kit at with the gas tank cover so it would all match

You don't have to remove the gas cap to put the tank cover on.

Where did you buy the parts from? is there a link?
I'm buying small new OEM parts on Partzilla.com, large OEM parts on Motosport.com, they have better prices for larger parts, used OEM and new aftermarket parts on eBay, fairings on Auctmarts.com

About one month. A funny thing, they sent me an email that the order is shipped a week after I actually received the fairings :)
Lol!:) Glad it didn’t take terribly long. Could you make a new video showing how the tank cover sits on the original tank? Does it show any of the original tank color?

@@nikkodoes Finally got my fairings in last week so I was watching your video again and man it is going to help me out greatly!:) The headlight fairing is intimidating me lol. How long would you say it took to replace all the fairings? 2-3 hours? I am just trying to ensure I have enough time once I start the process. Thank you! It's already sold. I rode it a little, it was nice but I've realized that I'm not that much in sportbikes. I love rebuilding them but I prefer to ride cruisers :)
