Well, they did have to add the clause that it's not treated as a Fusion card to Diffusion Wave Motion.

@@christophervalencia5919 The reason is probably not that this would be broken but that translated cards must work together the same way they do in the OCG and that the game goes by plain text strings to determin which cards work together as in archetypes; how exactly card names are translated is essential for this (e. g. „Hundred Eyes Dragon“ was originally printed as „Hundred-Eyes Dragon“ which made it a „Red-Eyes“ card).
In the OCG, Diffusion Wave-Motion is called Diffusing Wave and the Japanese word for Diffusing has no similarity to the term used for Fusion, so this is technically a translation error.
I'd prefer them to revisit inaccurate translations more often (as far as I can tell, Diffusing Wave is a perfect alternative to Diffusion Wave-Motion; generally, many localisations just kind of suck, even if they don't interfer with the gameplay) but adding such a clause works just the same.
However, it would be very funny if you could use Verte for the Exodius OTK to activate Diffusion Wave-Motion from the deck.

Elshadoll fusion does not have that "main phase only". i think that card was the reason they added that restriction to quick play fusions on the first place

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I genuinely think this is the healthiest master duel has been in a hot minute. There's a good selection of decks that's NOT just kashtira; there's a mix of play styles, a mix of ways to outplay your opponent, and just a lot of really good yugioh being played right now. Can't wait for the next batch of support to make this untrue 🔥🔥🔥
Not a fan of these types of formats. Wide formats mean you can't plan for every deck and risk losing games due to no side deck and running into unfavorable matches.

@omegacxv8344 from a competitive standpoint I would rather play in a tier zero format 100% of the time. Games should be decided 100% of the time by the better player, not what I'm paired up against.

Well tough luck, cause he knows the deck 100% and can negate all you got. And also, imagine your opponent runs a deck that is just build to counter yours. Which he can, cause Tier 0 format, and now youre just locked out of all of your plays. Better player wins, right?

As a blackwing player whoever that other guy is in the tournament is an embarrassment to blackwings. I kept rechecking the video to gain knowledge of his exact starting hand game 2 and he could have easily played through an ash and imperm if he just searched simoon. That’s If Kash even chose to ash since it seemed he needed a small world bridge. Like you pointed out dude got lucky to get that far. Shaking my head in disappointment that this dude tarnished blackwings on live feed

Kashtira can use linkbelt wall dragon (or so) for small world bridging into literally anything.
Kashtira doesn't really play Links, though, so it'd be a hard garnet, but ScareKash might benefit from this immensely.
@@xCorvus7x it is one garnet but through it you can search the ENTIRE line up of a every combo piece you would need. 3 small world for one garnet is a really good ratio (especially since it's not really a true garnet since you can also start small worlding from it)

Having two different big tournaments in Master Duel called the "MCS" is very confusing.
60 card decks might see their sided in cards less often, if they only side in a couple cards, but a 60 card deck probably has the space to side in all fifteen.

I may have missed it, but I feel the branded player jumped the gun on a couple of his effects and the furious dragon not hitting a dead magnamhut. That would have left quaeritis eff live to make everyone atk 0 for an attempt to kill on the crackback

If destroyed, Quaeritis floats into Albaz and I think Kuriboh had the card in hand to do something with that but maybe they were already out of Albaz in deck (they only ran two), or Labrynth's removal was spinning/bouncing.

The fact that it's standard best of 3 with masterduel banlist isn't necessarily wrong but the banlist is designed around best of 1, so there should be a tournament where if you're going to have best of 3 you still have to coin flip to see who goes first each game not the loser decides.

Seriously though, what is up with the non-anime card lore and the MC's waifu character getting corrupted? First there was Ib, then Ecclessia, now Kitkallos. I think whoever wrote these lore just love being cucked/NTRed.
The fuck? This is just about losing some one who's very important to oneself and fighting to get them back (or actually getting them), a pretty old tale, if you think about it.
Though, Kitkallos gives me different vibes, similar to A Song of Ice and Fire where disasters such as loss of this kind just happen because this is not a fantasy world.
Then again, since the Visas lore is based on Hindo mythology this might have a different meaning (and Kitkallos does return as a Mannadium Synchro, or is that part of the alternate storyline started by the Pendulum adversary?).
Kashtira or as I have encountered it in MD is so so much weaker compared to top decks in MD like Tear, Floo or even Branded. Their boards are always so easy to destroy. Their monster Ariseheart is a Macro Cosmos on legs but just like Macro it literally has no protection whatsoever. I feel like the reason people think it's good is because when your deck is literally just combo you die. You just literally die. Back in the day we filled our decks with tons of spell/trap monster removal and it's funny but that's exactly what you need to kill any kash end board, if you can call a board. You try and break a Tear board they all literally just come back. Floo will just play on your turn, and branded gets an even bigger board after you try to break it. Just put spells in your deck guys, kash literally dies to Normal and Rare rarity spells. I honestly would rather have them than any other deck that actually ends on something.
1 prospy pretty much cucks ariseheart (much less ways to access infinitrack goliath to put underneath ariseheart, on top of consistency issues)
Problem with doing that is that Kash isn't so good that everyone's playing it, which means you're going to lose a ton of games to decks that don't give a shit about your removal spells.
As another guy said, prosparity being limited really hurts Kashtira as Arise can no longer attach Goliath for protection
@@UrLeingodTheres Herald of the abyss as a thrust target, beats Purrely and Kash. Only con is that it sucks against Lab and Branded, but you could always get other board wipes, or triple tac.

Yeah, you get back and forth, thanks to Maxx C. Without Maxx C, your opponent sht out his hand and extra deck and you just scoop.
Without Max C, the Labyrinth player would had lost turn 2 instead of the clutch win.
But more often than it does that, Maxx C just creates a worthless non-game where you just activate it and win because they didn't draw the out. There are better ways to balance the metagame than Maxx C, and it's pure copium to act like we HAVE to keep it around.
@@UrLeingodyou do realize that yugioh game designer is making cards with consideration that maxx c exists? You have to accept Tcg was never meant to be the main yugioh format because the game designer doesn't came from western side of the world and it will stay that way, whether you like it or not.

However, the game designers can also just make cards without Maxx C in mind and balance the game while the bug is banned.
