The dude gave me sheet music to Open Theme after a show once. I almost cried. Got me jazzed to start learning all sorts of fun stuff again. Anywho, here's to paying it forward:
pretty sure it's centered around F# major ((Eflat relative minor) and he's tuned down a half step in this video).
      verse
      [ vi - ii - vi - ii - vi - ii - V7 - I - V7 ]
      [ vi - ii - vi - ii - iii - iii ]
      [ II - II - ivDIM - ivDIM - vi - ii - vi- ii]
      [ vi - ii - vi - ii - V7 - V7]
      chorus
      [ IV - I ] [ IV - I ] [ IV - I ]
      [ IV(maj7) - IV(maj7) - iii - iii ]
      [ IV(maj7) - IV(maj7) - iii - iii ]
      bridge
      [ I - I(maj7) - IV - I(with sneaky lil flatted sixth on top)]
      outro
      [ IV(maj7) - IV(maj7) - iii - iii]
      [ IV(maj7) - IV(maj7) - vi - vi]
...or something like that. the vi chord has the fifth in the bottom, which opens it up. play along to map out other structural subtleties (rhythmic, melodic).
