- Malibu is a city west of Los Angeles, California. It’s known for its celebrity homes and beaches, including wide and sandy Zuma Beach.
Today, Malibu is a thriving, affluent community with a year-round influx of visitors. People come for the glamour, the beach, the mountains, and the outstanding lifestyle amenities available in the Civic Center, the heart of Malibu’s commercial district.
Malibu Village offers these amenities in a stunning creek-side setting. And there is Tesla Super Charger Station if needed.
The Malibu Sport Fishing Pier is a comfortable spot to hang out on with many benches and nice views.
Malibu Farm has a restaurant at the entrance to the pier and a cafe at the end of the pier.
To the east is Malibu Lagoon State Beach, known as Surfrider Beach for its waves. Nearby is the Spanish Revival-style Adamson House, with local history displays in its Malibu Lagoon Museum.
Malibu Surfrider Beach is the popular sandy beach and surfing spot between the Malibu Pier and the Malibu Lagoon.
Surfrider Beach is part of Malibu Lagoon State Beach which has another parking lot next to the lagoon just west on Pacific Coast Highway.
The name Surfrider suggests good surfing waves for riding, and with a super long right hand break, it’s an accurate name.

I've lived here at County Line for 37 years. There was a Chumash village here at County Line called Alqilkowi 10,000 years ago. The beauty here is stunning. Thankful to live in this amazing place on earth.

there really isn't a downtown Malibu that I saw. Just the main highway along the coast with a few upscale strip malls along the way.
You have to visit or live here there’s wayyy more to “parking lots and chain box stores” it’s too big of a place to just figuring it out from a video 🎉
White building (21:03) on top of the hill is Pepperdine University.
Pepperdine has one the most beautiful view! It is awesome 🤩

@@midyard Yeah it`s Pepperdine, it`s by Malibu Canyon Road which leads to the inland (Valley). Also, behind the shopping center is the Sheriffs building. Surf Rider Beach was kinda my go to beach for about 20 years.

From Australia point of view pretty dissatisfied what I seeing compared to our beaches would not swim there some our jetty s Hillary s boat harbour WA in our suburbs
Honestly our beaches are not suitable for swimming not just Malibu. Geographic reasons. I am sure Australia is an amazing place ❤️ Cheers 🌴🦋

you waste 10 minutes for that stupid tourist pier while the beauties on the way and around it get lost? i hope future technology will allow to give you electric impulses from remote so you know where to walk and what to film. otherwise great views, thank you. your cam seems to have a very good stabilizor, what equipment do you use? please let me know.
Dude I was plannning to pass through the lagoon but because of the high tide the intersection was blocked. I know where I am walking but thank you for your time to watch it. I use DJI.
