Shaq should be ranked in the top 5 in every statistics category ! Maybe even Top 3 .. Kobe had Pau Gasol for the other 2 out of 5 championships. Wade had Bron and Bosh on the Heat in the earlier 2010’s. Shaq was the best player on that Lakers 3 peat. He was clearly much better in 2000 and about equal or slightly better than Kobe in 2001 and 2002. I actually agree with Mad Dog, but let’s not act like Shaq was some scrub.

  • @hashmoncrief6965

If it wasn't for kobe, Shaq wouldn't have three rings, Shaq could not win a championship for 9 years, until the great Kobe Bryant was with him Kobe stepped back so Shaq could be great, and a lot of people don't know that, cuz they don't pay attention to the sport, as a Laker fan I respect them both, but you got to remember, Kobe was a big factor of Shaq winning three championships. 8 /24

Kobe was gonna get his and Pippen was gonna do the best he could do make it inefficient, but that series came down to if Sabonis would be able to keep up.
