It depends upon comp policy basically after one return trip they take one day off for rest or 2 day return trip rest they take plus per km coach person gets gets 3-5 rs or 1,500-2,000 rs per trip of 1000 kms extra plus wherever they halt restaurant provides free food and are given free mineral water pack of 20 free and last but not the least per parcel comp gives 20 rs for handling and delivery from point to point that's as per agreement or condition agreed every comp does not provide but nowdays there is scarcity of good coach person so they are given extra income for parcel management also .
