the editing here is literally perfection. the fact that charborg made such a big deal about the weed layer that was hidden by a very obvious lever but never even mentions the hidden and elaborate opium dimension so we also are able to react at the same time as the HOA inspectors as he nonchalantly asks if opioids are allowed is comedy gold

American Homeowners associations are crazy to me, like you buy a house from an organization that can leave you homeless if you don't follow arbitrary rules subject to no laws. Imagine spending 200,000 dollars only for the HRA to be your new parent, setting bed times and curfews.
Most of the time it's the only way to get utilities in rural suburban areas. Funny enough even if you don't get water from the county or septic cleanup or garbage and snow they still have the nerve to charge you property tax 😂
