@Youngenzdiehard99 nah dude, pac was a better rapper as well as a better artist. pac was able to utilize multi syllable rhymes along with internal rhyme schemes in damn near every song he made, it made his flow sound way more professional. biggie only rhymed one syllable at a time, throughout his entire career. Pac wins in both categories, artist and rapper
