Riot doesn't rework more characters just because it's not profitable. It's better to spend money on some boring music video that people will forget in a few months or a skin pack that is mediocre at best, because that makes the players spend thousands and thousands buying the skins but a rework doesn't as it would be a free update which means you kinda do a new skin for the champ but everyone gets it the second it comes out. With big companies the answer almost always lies in profits.
The ASU looks brilliant, althought I would've kept the old fashioned ult and also make him more of a lava golem-ish rather than green

This man took the legends of runeterra design and implement it in some days and it looks good while the company who created that model will just say " the skins are a big problem and that's why " amazing
Not some days hehe, I think there is atleast 50 hours behind this custom skin. Looking at the quality, the guy behind this custom skin is a pro. So he spent 50 hours while working. It's maybe a few months implement if he is alone.
Modeling, Retopo, Texturing, Rig&Skin, Animation. I might even be really kind with 50 hours. Lets support the artist behind this skin
