Easy way and Recipe for CREAMY AND CHEESY BABY POTATOES!

  • Ingredients:
    half kilo baby potatoes
    half cheese (grated)
    1 pack all purpose cream
    1 can slice mushrooms
    half butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    Instruction:
    1. Clean the potatoes. Much better to clean it with hot water to soften the mud that still sticking in the potatoes. It is easier to clean with hot water.
    2. You can use it as whole potato or you can slice it in half. I preferred slicing it in half to make the quantity double.
    3. Once slice, boiled the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until soft.
    4. while waiting for the potatoes to boil, grate the cheese.
    5. prepare the pan. once hot, put the butter and melt it.
    6. put the all purpose cream and mix until thicken
    7. once the texture is already thick, put the muschroom
    8. add salt and pepper to taste
    9. once the potato is already soft, mix it in the sauce.
