@@Freediver_Camino let me reply in English, because I don't speak Spanish 😆. Of course you can use mouthfill from any depth, I am using frenzel because I have enough of diaphragm and chest flexibility and can relax well in that depth. As a rule of thumb mouthfill is safer, but there are people who did frenzel with reverse pack even below 70m. I lived in Korea for 5 years, so sad I was not freediving at that time.
The funny thing is whoever ran the camera had to go down and up with fins while burning the O2 on managing the camera. Kudos to the unseen hero! :)
