Great list, might have even been able to squeeze the Aston Martin DB9 on there. Love your picks…and definitely in favor of your quest for the Alfa 4C. I find the 4C absolutely beautiful, exotic, and highly underrated.

Love that you included the c6 especially following my comment the other week, still enjoying it and can confirm that even a base c6 like mine here in the UK gets nuts attention like genuine supercar levels it's wild as most people have never seen a c6 here but know it from top gear and of course "corvette" as a name holds some pop culture prestige. In my two weeks of ownership I've had countless people taking photos, approaching me in petrol stations, I even had a guy ask me if he could watch me leave the gym 😂the LHD driving doesn't take too long to get used too and actually I think it adds to the sense of occasion when you drive it because you think more about it. Not a car for the feint hearted to own in the UK given our roads and the attention but if you want the exotic experience at a cut price it's hard to beat 🤷♂ well except for the MPG 💀

@@robertgreenwood6940 overtaking on country lanes yes but tbh if the kind of overtaking you're doing is dangerous in an LHD car you should probably reevaluate what you're doing in and RHD car. Overtaking tall vehicles sucks of course but on the motorway it's great.
@@lolmeercatz10 if you are driving in a left handed vehicle you naturally would have to position yourself further to the right to be able to see as well for an overtake even in a straight line. Don't have to be a genius to work out a right hand drive car is superior on English roads
@@robertgreenwood6940 I never said it wasn't superior lol why do you think we drive RHD. I do own RHD cars as well you know I just also have the balls to drive LHD in the UK, it's not easier at all but I don't do overtakes on dangerous roads even in an RHD car because i'm not a knob.

Lucky enough to own a XKR, proper power, lovely cruiser and so so fast.
At no point have I ever thought, oh this car needs to be faster and have 40 more horse power.
The XKR S looks so good though

Great video, another good example of a seriously cheap car that will get attention from non car people is the Peugeot RCZ, especially the facelifted one looks like a much faster car than it is.

Another great vid JB, thanks. The Nissan GT-R would have to go top slot. My friend has got one & he must have spent more than the damn thing is worth on it on upgrades! It now produces a shade under 800BHP! I still wind him up by calling it a Datsun. He finds it as funny as I do! I heard what said about the 360 becoming a classic. Yes £50k is out of most people's reach but what about doing a vid on funky up & coming classics that don't cost a great deal? I'm thinking something like the Proton Jumbuck or the Ford Focus CC? Just a thought! All the best......

@@CarsWithJB they're pumping out similar horses to them earlier super cars it's insane. Although I'd rather be in a ferrari the cost of problems makes you think twice. Best I had was an rx8. Amazing car (for £2500 with 40,000 on the clock)Now I ride a bike to work. Life's cruel. First video new sub 👍

From my experience, a 981CS makes people think you're rich! I've had "should have bought a Ferrari mate!" and "did that cost "£90k"? 😄
The Granturismo MC Stradale has got to be one of the absolute sexiest cars ever made. The XKR-S is pretty tasty too, I think the XK is aging incredibly well...I think I prefer it to the F-Type, maybe. Certainly more than the new F-Type.
Weirdly, the one car on this list I'm not sure makes you look rich to most people is no.1 on the list. Got to be rich to run one of course...
C6 zo6 is the most underrated sports car ever. Especially in devil blue with the black hardtop

Yay, Corvette C6 Z06 on here finally - shame that it's two places below the Nissan GT-R! Jokes aside, they're both good supercars but I would absolutely do anything in my power to own a C6 Z06.

You can get a running DB9 for less than most modern hatchbacks, although part of the reason they're so cheap is it probably won't be running for long!

Wealthiest people i know have a couple of beautiful classics American and german alongside a fleet of amg’s bmw’s and range rovers, usually a high spec a1 or mini in there somewhere too anything like a lambo or Ferrari is only temporary for them i find

So far I’ve driven 2 cars on this list the lotuses are great to drive as he said hard to get into but once your in it very nice very fast very planted making a great noise used to work for the leven car company before they went bust in January 2020 and now I work for JLR so I’ve driven the Jaguar only driven the one and it was raining and I can tell you it was a brown pants experience such an animal of a car has to be treated with respect or you will bin it very easily

Bro you’re insane if you think you’re going to find a GT-R for under 50k.
One problem, prices drop but repair and maintenance will still eat you alive. I have seen lexus es300 cheaper than equivalent camry but price parts, lexus higher and with audi and vettes etc maintenence is constantly more often than lexus or toyota. Bmw worst buy cheap but spend more in 2 yrs for maintenence and repairs.
So I can finally afford an Aston Martin. ❤️❤️❤️

Mustang is by far cheapest car that makes you look rich. PPL don't realize how affordable mustangs are, yet everyone will keep on looking at it being exotic and unusual.
I'd say a mach1, gt500, gt350 definitely means you have some money. A GT though doesnt make you look rich in my opinion

Why would I want to look rich? Two observations: 1) The truly rich people I know would not spend large amounts of money on cars. Why? Because with rare exceptions cars are depreciating artifacts. The rich like things that will hold or increase in value. 2) Given that modern US culture is never more than half a step away from criminal violence, flaunting wealth is obviously a stupid idea.
