The Hotpoint wma next to the top loader is about 20yr old rather than 12 🤣 nice find tho, they’re in such great condition.
Wait! I remember when a crazier youtuber called Godday b smashed an AEG washing machine when turning on, and it was so sad for me
The Servis tumble dryer looks like a hoover washing machine
This uses the same lint screen on the back of the drum as the Maytag Halo Of Heat dryers in the US that were manufactured from 1958 to 1975 and very early 1976. The heat inlet on this dryer is in the front just like the Maytag Halo Of Heat dryers as well. I actually have a 1973 Maytag Halo Of Heat gas dryer I restored back in 2019 and has been running ever since with no issues at all.
Could have been sold under different names in different places.
@@bootsowen Maytag Halo Of Heat dryers were full size, Maytag technically made the compact Halo Of Heat dryers that were paired up with their twin tub washers that could be stored under the counter but never were installed or stored under the counter since it’s VERY rare to have a washer or dryer in the kitchen and some homes do in the US but is quite rare. Another thing too is the full Maytag Halo Of Heat dryers had a series of pulleys in the back for the drum drive and to drive the fan, Maytag had a belt around the drum on their compact HOH dryers but never offered the electronic dry control on them. Full size Halo Of Heat dryers could be equipped with the electronic dry control (Maytag was the first to have a moisture sensor all the way back as far as 1960 and 1961), had moisture sensors in the baffles to detect how much moisture was in the clothes it was drying and would shut off as soon as it detected they were completely dry. Only the 606/806/906 dryers had the electronic dry control, the other HOH models 306/407 dryers simply had a timer where it would run until it ran out of time or a auto dry feature where it used a cycling thermostat to advance the timer when it cycled off and turned the timer off as soon as it cycled back on which worked fairly well despite no moisture sensor.
@@bootsowen think Phil from servis slimline or Chris from the laundry centre might love this haha
