I bought this CD within days of it's release in 1998. Of all the Cristian releases of the 90's, and there was an avalanche of them, this release set me on fire for The Lord. The level of musicianship, the blessing of Jennifer's lyrical composition which, to me, was obviously Holy Spirit driven and Scripture inspired made shout with joy and weep with despair. Imo, Jennifer bared her soul and testified the truth of Christ. She honestly and humbly confided her struggles, failings and victories. But most of all she declared confidence of faith in her Redeemer, her Lord, her Savior. I am forever thankful for blessing these songs brought into my life as a believer. "His Grace Is Sufficient" resonated most with me then and still does today. 🙂
Jennifer Knapp's Heart & Artistry really shine's through in this song! This is a song that you dance to, "like no one is watching"!!! Usually in my kitchen, LOL! Thank you Jennifer for being such a "Rocker" and inspiring me to draw nearer to Jesus (most importantly with your song, 'Hold Me Now'). I am grateful.
Praying she repent...Kansas in 1997 was inspired by the Holy Spirit..one of the Greatest albums of the whole decade because of the words the tunes the humbleness conveyed, the anointing and the Glory it brought to JESUS.
