Also I was wondering is this pa system much better than 2 partyboxes? I can't decide wether I should buy 2 jbl ultimate or this pa system. I dont care about mobility I just care about what is louder and has better bass.

Yeah the sub makes the difference, without sub ts415 top's have less bass than partybox

PA system is louder and has more bass, Partybox has deeper bass at mid volume.

Make with the AUDIOPHONY nova 15A. Only 350€ and a woofer 15inch
