I wake up early at 6am these days. After your course I am also following the pomodoro technique everyday for my studies. i usually do 15-16 pomodoros every day and it has benefitted me a lot. I also read books everyday for 1hour, my current read is "The Power of Your Subconsious Mind" by- JOSEPH MURPHY. Last month I finished "ATOMIC HABITS", I also invest into mutual funds and stocks, also I am an active stock trader in the Options sector. Currently I study in class 12 science. Life is Good.

  • @IamParulSharma
    @IamParulSharma Před 2 lety +19

I am 19 years old..( just heading for 20s 😉) and I follow these habits out of the said 20 habits :
    1. Documenting things ; i.e. not remembering everything
2 waking up and smiling at mirror every day
    3. Thanking people even when they aren't listening
    4. Not leaving inspiration to chance
    5. Understanding things analytically before applying emotions
    6. Doing something ablut the problem that doesn't let me sleep at night
    7. Complimenting people when they do something good
    8. Working out everyday; I dance 💃 😎
    9. Following positive people
    10. Following a routine despite not attending college.. just doing self study so how I manage my day is entirely in my hands.
The last habit of asking what am I doing wrong but still ignoring is something that I already do from time to time(mostly when there's no other option🤭😪) but I don't do that daily.... so the next habit that I want to develop is to ask this question everyday or at least be regular in it by doing it every week.

    1. Read for 30 mins a day. - this habit not only gave me knowledge but also it's like meditation to me.
    2. Everyday smiling at me and saying "I love me". - makes me feel that am special
    3. Gratitude. - this changed my entire thought process on life, I started thinking how lucky am to have all that I have instead of complaining on what I don't.
    4. Dress up nicely everyday. - makes me feel good throughout the day and I automatically do my work without any push.

3 habit I started and proud of -
    1. Read 📚 30 min everday.
    2. Invest small 💰 every month.
    3. 🏋🏼‍♀️ everday (I struggle on this sometimes still but trying).
    Working on
    1. Do something about problems 😞 that doesn't let me sleep at night.
    2. Be greatful 👍🏻 for every-thing and compliment people.
    3. Wake-up and 😊 in 🪞.
One thing I want to add: Learn every single day.

I actually do 8 habits out of this and some come very natural to me and I'm glad they come.
    1. I smile whether I look in the mirror, but from now on I will do it with more sincerity as I felt I do it half way, when u said u r your biggest supporter, I felt I need ro do it more seriously.
    2. Gratitude; but I felt in this too that I was doing it half now I will vibrate gratitude to each and everything.
    3. This one's my favourite! DRESS UP NICELY EVERYDAY. I started doing it when the Lock Down started because I couldn't wait for parties and functions to happen so that I can wear my favourite clothes. So I started wearing them at home for myself.
    4. Inspiration not by chance
    5. Appreciating people around me: I have been doing it I guess since my childhood as whenever I found anything beautiful happening I appreciated it which then became my habit to do in even the minute things of my life.
    6. Do something about the problem: I actually don't have any problems because I fix my mind and then my problem fix themselves.
    7. Workout: Dance is my workout and I do it a lot as it's my PASSION!
    8. I FOLLOW ONLY POSITIVE AND PURE PEOPLE AROUND ME THROUGH ANY MEDIUM.

Somewhere in the middle of the pandemic, being an undergrad IT student trying to do everything, I realized that having a more refined routine was a must. So, I made a morning routine of about 2 hours [meditating, workout, getting ready for the day, and some basic things I always do when I log into my machine] that included me charting out what all I wish to accomplish in the day. I was happy to see how this helped me accomplish more each day as I got done most of the things that I planned to do.
In defaulting to this routine I used the idea of habit creation, now I realize, and started by forcibly doing it for some time every morning and then increasing the time cause I could see how it changed what I accomplished in the day. This also helped me filter out what habits really helped me move closer to achieving the long-term goal.
I also implemented the "not trying to remember everything" by using the idea of a "second brain" using Notion and reminders on the phone. This takes off all the "I have to get all this done today" thing off my mind and I can focus on the task at hand, knowing that my second brain[Notion page] remembers my to-dos for me.
Thank you for this amazing video!

Good evening Ankur sir. Currently I am 19 years old. Since the past few weeks I had been planning my day for 15-20 minutes in the evening. ( Most suitable time for me) . The perception of reading for 15 minutes the book (you like) is worthy. I am on the process of making it a habit for rest of my life. Though I hadn't thought anything about investing till now. But I will keep in mind . Writing emails to future self is something which I have heard for the first time by an youtuber and made me interested to do. In my planning schedule I also keep number of breaks. And return back to work as soon as possible.

Thinking what am I grateful to and what am I doing wrong gives me a sense of who I am and what should I be doing. I already involved in "create a routine for day" ...
Really it's such a gives me clear vision of whole day's work.
And second habit out of 20 habits that is "2 minutes meditation".
Meditation keep my mind calm and cool.
Thank you so much sir to teach 20 habits that i follow in my 20's ❤️🙌🏻
