I TEK INTELLIGENT FOCUS SYSTEM

The I-Tek intelligent focus system is a state-of-the-art optical system independently developed and manufactured by I-Tek OptoElectronics. This system consists of components such as an automatic focus sensor, an automatic focus controller, a Z-axis actuator, a microscopic imaging tube, and objective lenses.It employs a line laser assisted auto focus technology, which actively senses the distance from the objective lens to the sample surface by collecting the laser signals reflected back from the sample surface.Based on the defocus status of the objective lens, it outputs control signals for the motion mechanism in real time, controlling the movement of the objective lens to the focus position, ensuring that the imaging system consistently captures high-contrast images. The system has a large focus range and high focus accuracy; when used with a 10x microscopic objective lens, it offers a focus range of ±4mm and a focus accuracy better than 0.5 times the depth of field. The I-Tek intelligent focus system can achieve precise focusing at high magnifications, meeting the high-precision detection needs of various industries such as display panels, semiconductors, PCBs, industrial inspection, and medical applications, and can be utilized in microscopic detection across a wide range of scenarios.
