Gday Burko, that was a nice session on the little ones, at least it wasn't a donut day. Metung is a beautiful place to fish Last time I fished there was at Chinaman's creek jetty and the Taylor were going off, it was just bust up after bust up and my sister and I caught probably 50 fish between us a couple on soft plastics until I realised they were Taylor and they were chewing them to pieces then proceeded to catch them on every lure I had in my tacklebox including little trout diving lures, daiwa double clutch, metal vibes and even a stump jumper it was a great afternoons fishing, Cheers.
Thanks for the info. Yeah its give and take of late. I speak to people saying they been catching snapper and Bream. All sized. I will give it ago, again. I will never give up.
A bit of a dinkfest, but what a gorgeous area! Agree with you too, with all them little guys, has to be some bigger ones in that area, just keep trying. Nice job Brett
"The wall" in Metung is a great fishing spot - but you really need to cast out far - there is a "drop off" - cast past that and you can get a large variety. Cast short and you'll struggle. Looks like you also had great weather.

Sounds great. Where is that spot actually.
@@BurkosFishingAdventures Google maps says the address is 150 Metung road - fish off the boardwalk and cast as far as you can
