The reason why we in the uk celebrate new year when we do is because the sun gets to its lowest point in the sky. December is the darkest month. Then as we start a new month there are signs that the seasons are continuing. The days start to get longer. The nights shorter. There are signs of rebirth.

🌹In 2020 Elohim gave me a vision of opening your white door 🚪.
🌟I climbed up a set of steps to a porch and opened the door! I saw a long corridor that was dark! I thought Jonathan lives here, what a strangely built house. I called into the whitehouse door the name Jonathan. Then I called into it again louder because you didn't answer. Then I yelled your full name Jonathan Cahn into that long corridor whitehouse but I only heard the Echo of your name back into my face lol.
🌟So, I closed the white door disappointed because I could not find you and I needed help sooo badly! I sat down on the top of the steps I had climbed up and put my head in my hand to weep!
🌟As I wept because I saw sooo much need in America 🇺🇸 such myself in long-sufferage, I suddenly had eyes in the back of my head. I was shown your face hovering over the right side of that narrow whitehouse. I turned to say " There You are Jonathan my good and obedient prophetic teacher and priest!"
🌟Suddenly I saw that from your left eye arose a star intio the heavens stars! Suddenly you smile as though you could literally see me, which gave me quite a startling lol. I watched from your smile your left tooth turn to gold. And from your left gold tooth I saw shooting stars 🌠 like the 4th of July, Tamas (forgive my spelling of Hebrew lol).
🌟Then a little later I was taken from a close up view in that whitehouse door vision to a larger view. I saw You Jonathan Cahn sitting in Lincoln's Chair and I put the two visions together and almost fell out of my own chair literally lol lol lol!
🌟Those were amazing Jesus videos. And from 2020 till sometime in 2023, I was told Not to speak it to anyone else! "Mums The Word" spoken to me in another vision of so many white doors behind me that I felt overwhelmed for a moment because I was sooo sick! But I was sooo excited that Jesus had to keep shushing me quite lol lol lol. Now I am allowed to go "TELL" it on the mountains over the hills and everywhere 🎵🎶 Like spreading flower seeds as Johnny Appleseed, because Jesus Told me I finally could do so! Has Jesus told you yet "Mr President Jonathan Cahn!" BOOMERANG 🪃 says the Lord for doing so much good for America and internationally with Hope For The Nations activity!!!
🌟I have given hundreds of your books out into this dried up Valley Elohim showed me needed to be 💚 greened up! Even sick have I work for Jesus giving out your books shown to me by Jesus with Him holding the gold key in His right hand! As I counseled a confused Christian over my phone in my sick bed lol, which I made my living room couch because it has windows, being I am in bed for almost 20 months now praying religiously lol, Jesus suddenly appeared at my right side holding Book Of Mysteries infront of me and patted it twice with His right hand saying, "Focus! This Is I AM" which you know is the sacred name of God spoken to Moses! Holy Cow, and thank you my gentlehearted Savior!
🌹I hope you read this or someone close to you shows you, because doggone it, we need you desperately! Someone needs to help Trump spiritually with our New Covanant rules of behavior as Christ Followers of the New Adam's ways in giving His Truths. Thank you for breaking through the barriers of wrong tradition. We have been convicted in our home to celebrate this new year. We were never on board with the Rosh Hashanah being on the 7th month seemed to distract from the day of Trumpets.

Thank you for this. I was trying to get info about the Biblical months and their names and kept finding discussions about Ecclesiastical vs. Civil calendars, why the dates aren't really the dates, etc. Glad to have some sense made of the subject straight from Scripture with tradition peeled off.

I'm so confused. I've been following for a year now, and I was fortunate to attend a church in the early 2000s that taught the Jewishness of Jesus. I have been studying every since.
That said, I follow the high holy days, feasts. I know God has a perfect plan and He never changes. The high holy days and other days such as Av 9 have shown time and again the fulfillment of prophesy and judgements.
So I'm trying to understand this new.... New Year. And how Passover and Pentecost are the next big Jewish days. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Oh and the Rapture being imminent too. TIA

The 7th month "new year" originated from the Babylon period, when they were exiled and that was the time too of first Rabbinic traditions were formed like the Amidah prayer. It was the first prayer that replaced the sacrificial actions of the Temple cause there was no place for daily sacrifice to be performed. Many things are going to be changed on that day when Yeshua comes back.
So Nissan or April is the true Jewish new year. Makes sense because Passover is celebrated this month which was a new beginning. Jesus died and rose again and was called the April fool for doing so but we know He is our true new beginning and celebration. Prophetically speaking we are personally experiencing new beginnings.
Habbakuk 1:5
“Look among the nations! Observe! Be astonished! Wonder! Because I am doing something in your days- You would not believe if you were told.”
Individuals, families, cities, provinces, states and nation will see new beginnings.
Amen! What most jews celebrate as Rosh Hashanna is supposed to be Yom Teruah, the Feast of Trumpets 🎺
